Order Processing

Orders for on-display in-store items are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, your order will be shipped, and you will receive an email with tracking details to follow your shipment’s progress.

Back-Order Items

For items that are on back order, the estimated waiting time will be clearly specified in the product description prior to purchase. As many of our products are artist-produced pieces, additional production time may be required.

Shipping Times

Once an order has shipped, standard delivery times are 3–4 business days. Delivery times may vary by destination, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to your tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery details.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and are displayed at checkout.

Orders 0–2 lb: $10.00
Orders 2–5 lb: $20.00
Orders 5–20 lb: $30.00

For larger or oversized items, additional shipping fees may apply and will be communicated prior to shipment.
