Refund policy

You may return any product purchased from our website within 30 days of the order date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same new condition as when it was received. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. If BOLTBOLT receives a returned product in unsuitable condition, the refund will be voided, and the item will be sent back to you.

How to Make a Return

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for your desired product.

To return a product, email us at support@boltbolt.io with the subject line “Return” and include your order number and receipt. Returns typically take 14 business days to be processed once received. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, which may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
